Classes

We believe that workouts are not “one-size-fits-most,” especially after baby. That’s why we keep class size small, so every mom receives the personalized attention she needs to make the most of every workout.

Our coaches are all certified personal trainers or equivalent and specially trained to assess and modify exercises based on moms’ postpartum fitness level.

We regularly hear that moms want to get back to their pre-pregnancy body as soon as possible, and we’re here to help. AMC’s approach ensures you will reclaim your body safely and effectively, and have fun with other moms while doing it. Simply put, our classes get results!

Classes are designed by child’s age and mom’s fitness level. Not sure which class is right for you? We are happy to make a recommendation based on your needs.
